Delivery & Returns

We have temporarily had to suspended Next Day deliveries due to courier restrictions.

Palleted goods are priced on postcode and weight of the item, please contact the sales team for cost. 

Unfortunately we cannot arrange deliveries to Ireland or Jersey but if you want to organise your own courier to collect from us and deliver to you then this is fine and you should contact us to discuss this.

We can arrange Saturday deliveries but these incur an additional £100 cost (on top of any zone charge). If you require a Saturday Delivery please contact us to discuss this.

Restricted Access / Refused Deliveries

If in doubt about the quality of access to your home or delivery address you MUST notify us prior to order. You will need to be available on the day of your delivery to sign for the delivery and to assist the driver.

Please note ALL deliveries are ONE MAN. This means the driver is only legally bound to drop your item on the kerbside, driveway or easily accessible garage. The driver will NOT take the product into your home, for health and safety and insurance reasons. It is your responsibility to take the item inside your property. Please check the dimensions and weight of your product which can be found in the specification details on the product page. This is to ensure the item will fit through any doors etc.

Restricted access may include but not be limited to, narrow streets, overhanging trees, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restriction that make it difficult for the carrier to drop the goods, in these instances may result in a failed or refused delivery.

Refused or failed deliveries will be charged at either £50.00, £75.00 or £95.00 dependant on product purchased plus any surcharges included (postcode or delivery upgrades).

Royal Grass Lush is made with the new SunTEC® technology which means that some fibres of Royal Grass Lush have natural yellow brownish colour giving this artificial grass a warm, late summer look. The grass also looks extra lush and natural look as it is made with the innovative ReaDY® technology.

‍Realistic Directional Yard

Natural gras can be quite capricious: every blade has its own direction. Thanks to our Realistic Directional Yard (ReaDY) technology, we were able to give our artificial grass that same natural volatility. With ReaDY technology artificial grass really springs to life.


REBel

REBel is a combination of the double ecobacking Royal Grass has been using since 2011 with an additional stability matrix and a transparent coating. This makes it easier to lay and its unique composition improves recyclability. Royal Grass setting the new standard to continuing to develop its green ecobacking into REBal.


Multishape

A combination of the familiar ReaDY fibre with straight, delicate fibres. The various widths and textures make the grasses that feature this technology very natural and soft.


SunTEC

Our latest development SunTEC gives our blades of grass a sun-kissed look. It is now available for selected Royal Grass products. Of course, not all blades are brown, just the odd blade here and there, This gives the grass a natural summery look. Your lawn isn’t absolutely perfect, which actually makes it perfect for a summer garden.


Royal Grass V-Shape

When you put a blade of grass under the microscope, you’ll see that it has a V-Shape. Royal Grass is the only artificial grass with the same patented V-Shape. Combined with the reinforced backbone, this ensures the grass blades all stand upright.


Micro Never Technology

Natural grass has a bit of a natural glow. We wanted our grass to have that as well. Our Micro NerveTechnology (MINT) ensures that you can hardly tell our grass from natural grass when it comes to that glow.
